Presently the main project is to erect security fencing around the leased property.
Next in line would be to install a kitchen, most likely in a container.
Simultaneously we are trying to find a largish tent that could seat about 100 people. This will be used to serve meals under shade.
Meanwhile the present soup kitchen will continue preparing meals in their own home kitchens, and serve in the streets.
